"Ice maker wasn't working. Used Angie's List for references. A Noble Service was local, so I made the appointment. After the troubleshooting, I was offered alternatives and not pressured to buy anything or even make the repair if it wasn't necessary. Turned out to be too warm a freezer setting. My fault. They explained the what and why, and that it was probably just too warm a freezer setting. If that did not cure it, I was quoted a replacement price for the ice maker and told to give my ice maker a few days to make ice before I decided to pay for parts I might not need. He was spot on. The temperature was indeed too high in the freezer, and the old ice maker is making ice just fine."
